You probably wanted to upgrade to the latest CVS RELENG_2 and not CVS HEAD.

I'll look into this, as the changes are not my code changes.

My guess is you upgraded vacation to CVS HEAD but didn't update
Horde to CVS HEAD.  Am I correct?
