[sork] questions about forwording and vacation

I have forword and vacation loaded in my horde directory, I followed the 
direction that forward and vacation provided.  I still can not get them to 
work.  I start my ftp client and I have the .forword in my home directory.  I 
just wondering what need to do to get them to work.  I have all the horde 
pluggin installed so far.  I am taking to get the vacation and forward to 
work.  If somebody can help me or point me to some documentation on the two 
modules. I have horde and all the other stuff installed. I just need a little 
help.
