[sork] vacation alias support

I've finally  added vacation alias support to the CVS HEAD version of vacation
for the forwards (ftp) driver only (not the sql driver).  It currently only 
supports one alias, but I'll probably expand that in the near future.

If anyone cares to test it out and give feedback, great!

If anyone wants to port the changes to the sql driver, even better!
