INGO isn't really part of sork.  It has its own mailing list, which you
can join at http://lists.horde.org/ and ask for help there.

If your horde installation is not CVS, then it won't work.  If it is CVS,
then just go to your horde installation base directory, and type (assumes
unix, change if needed for other systems):

cvs co ingo
cd ingo/docs/
more INSTALL

And follow the directions in the INSTALL file.
