Not currently.  We'd have to merge the vmailmgr driver back to the
RELENG_2 branch, which is likely possible, but no one has attempted it
yet.  I'd probably want feedback from anyone using the vmailmgr driver
in HEAD saying it is stable before we consider backporting it.
