You probably don't want vacation/forwards and ingo at the same time. Ingo does
both of those with Sieve on cyrus mail servers. If you don't have a cyrus mail
server then stop reading now cause nothing else i say applies to you :-)

Not really possible, as noted in previous replies. But if you're really cleave
you may be able to do it using the regular expressions extension of Sieve to
make the valid Date head fields in emails for the time period. Could be tricky,
but usefull.

Ingo has options to not send vacation messages if list headers are set. Vacation
messages are sent before filters in Ingo, issues with implicit sends etc would
cause a lot of messages to not get vacation messages when expected.

This could be done. The vacation extension in Sieve has an option to select how
many days to remember and address for before resending a vacation message. I
think this can be set to 0.
