[sork] New Release Candidates Available

New sork release candidates are available for Accounts 2.1, Forwards 2.2,
Passwd 2.2, and Vacation 2.2

These release candidates are the next in a series of steps preparing for
the final, production level release.  Testing is requested and comments
are encouraged.

In particular, notes on installation and upgrade procedures or problems
are encouraged.  Help with translations would also be appreciated.

Major changes include:

Accounts
--------
* Now actually can do something, presenting a summary of account data, and
  the status of forwards and vacations if those modules are installed.
* Allows for a driver based system to get account information to display

Forwards
--------
* SECURITY: Close potential XSS vulnerabilities
* Add javascript checking of form input
* Try to check email addresses entered for syntax
* New qmail driver
* New api interface (for use with Accounts, for example)

Passwd
-------
* Now uses a backends/driver system, so you can change passwords on different
  hosts via different drivers.
* Username hooks for manipulating user names
* Can now reset the Horde/IMP login credentials so you don't need to logout
  after changing the password.
* Updated ldap and sql drivers with more password encryption methods
* Updated servuftp driver
* New vmailmgr and vpopmail drivers
* The mdaemon driver was removed

Vacation
--------
* vacation command alias support
* Add javascript checking of form input
* Try to check email addresses entered for syntax
* New api interface (for use with Accounts, for example)
* New qmail driver
