[sork] Vacation, blank from address

I have the following setup:

RH 8.0
apache 1.3.27
php 4.3.1
horde 2.2.1
vacation 2.2
exim 4.12
vacation bin 1.2.7

When I first setup a vacation notice, it will work like a charm. Then I
disable the vacation notice and reset it. If I receive a mail to the account
and it is replied by vacation, the receiver will get the vacation notice but
with a blank "From" address/name.

I've tried to downgrade both vacation bin and vacation/horde, but can't seem
to get rid of the problem. Any ideas?
