After finally getting poppassd to work I am getting this error message
when I try you change a password:

/usr/local/apache/htdocs/horde/passwd/lib/Driver/poppassd.php on line

I am running Horde 2.2.1 and Passwd 2.2.  I have tested the poppassd
and it works fine.  Thanks.
