[sork] poppassd question

Hi! 


I want that users can change their password using the Web interface (IMP), so I donwloaded and installed two versions of poppassd. None of them worked and the error messages that returned when invoked from poppassd.php3 are these: 


poppassd v1.6a 
        ERROR: 500 Invalid user or password 


poppassd v1.8-ceti (PAM version) 
        ERROR: 500 Old password is incorrect 


What can I do to solve this problem?
