[sork] change password

Hello
I am using horde webmail and it is great.
I offer free mail services to the users (free webmail).
But I like to let the users be able to change their passwords.
I use OpenLDAP as the backend for everything (authentication by IMP through 
IMAP server, which in turn authenticates with the ldap)

passwd module has something wrong or incomplete, as it requires the file 
conf.php, and the file there is named conf.xml !!
Anyone has a working version of passwd for :

Horde 2.0
Imp 3.0
OpenLDAP
