[sork] Vacation problem

Using vacation CVS with horde/imp CVS.  In trying to set up a vacation notice,
it appears that a user needs to run vacation -i from the shell before vacation
will start to work.  I have found this message:

And this is the same problem I am experiencing.  Is there an option to have this
automated so that the user does not have to initialize the vacation.db file?
