[sork] horde..Passwd problem??

Hi,
This is my first mail to the mailing list lets see how fast i can be replied
to my problem.
I'm using:-
Linux - RedHat 7.3
horde - horde-2.2.4
IMP- imp-3.2.1
passwd- passwd-2.1
poppasswd- poppassd-1.8.1
Everthing is working perfectly...except 'changing password' as we go on to
change the password it retruns me error as below :-
'Failure in changing password : Password module is not properly configured'
Though i followed each and every steps mentioned in the link -

Can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong and how can i correct it.
Please let me the steps to fix up this problem??
