[sork] Call to undefined function: getdriverconfig()

I'm having the following error when i try to change the password of a vpopmail user.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getdriverconfig() in /programas/www/mail/passwd/lib/Driver/vpopmail.php on line 43

line 43 is

        $defaults = Horde::getDriverConfig('', 'sql');

i´ve aplyed this patch Driver.php-patch but gave an error

patching file Driver.php
Hunk #1 succeeded at 5 with fuzz 2 (offset 1 line).
Hunk #2 succeeded at 106 with fuzz 2.
Hunk #3 FAILED at 158.

but i manualy patched it, but still got the same error.
The backend that i'm using is vpopmail authentication that is on an mysql database, horde version is 2.2 and passwd version is 2.2.
Everything is working except changing of password.
