[sork] patch: allow to use any LDAP attribute as passwd

The following patch allows to use any attribute as target in LDAP driver 
  for passwd application. I needed it as courrier-imap use a 
'clearPassword' attribute for mail password for encrypted 
autenthication. A new 'attribute' key is added in backend parameters, 
which defaults to 'userPassword', ensuring backward compatibility.
