[sork] Sork error? check password?!

I'm trying to use the forward and vacation notices, but it doesn't seem
to work. It gives me an error of "Failure in setting forward - Could not
login - check password!" and "Failure in modifying vacation notice:
Could no login - check password!"

 

Can someone please tell me what is this about? I have heard that in
order to get this to work, I will have to grant each mail users FTP
access. Is there a second way to work around this? Many Thanks!
