Yes, the problem is related to the pear address parser. To my knowledge,
there isn't a patch which fixes the bug, but you can work around it by
following the first part of these instructions:

Notice, you should only have to do the part which belongs to
vacation/lib/Driver.php. The other part has been fixed.

An alternative "quick and dirty" solution would be to simply hard code your
domain name on line 153 of vacation/lib/Driver.php (CVS head version).
