[sork] Passwd driver for Cpanel

I recently found the thread below from someone saying they created a
cPanel driver for passwd.  Meaning the passwd module will work for users
on servers that use cpanel, as best I can tell.  The problem for me is
it's for passwd 2.2.1, and I am using latest HEAD.  I know very little
about php, so was wondering if anyone out there could maybe update this
to work with the development version of horde?  Thanks for any help you
can provide, trying desperately to get this to work and can work with
someone to test the development.
