[sork] problem with passwd

Hi people.

I have installed qmail, vpopmail, courier-imap, mysql, horde (version
2.2.6), imp (3.2.3) and passwd (version 2.2.1). I need use passwd to
change mail password stored in mysql database.

When tried change password, i see the error:

The error change, now i see:

Naturally, the old password is the correct but the error persist.

What i can do??
