[sork] horde-passwd 2.2.1 and hooks.php?

horde-passwd 2.2.1

Just want to say that if configured: (horde/passwd/config/config.php)

$conf['hooks']['default_username'] = true;

You get errors:

failed to open stream: Filen eller katalogen finns inte in 
/var/www/localhost/htdocs/horde/passwd/main.php on line 221

/var/www/localhost/htdocs/horde/passwd/main.php on line 221

The problem seems to be that horde 2.2.7 not have the hooks.php included in 
package. I tried 2 diffrent downloads,

Stable Releases(and via horde project download):
http://ftp.horde.org/pub/horde/horde-2.2.7.tar.gz

Snaps:
http://ftp.horde.org/pub/snaps/2005-02-02/horde-RELENG-2005-02-02.tar.gz

If I download the Horde 3.0.2 and copied the hooks.php to my 2.2.7 
horde/config/ then it works and the fullusername is used in passwd! (have to 
uncomment the _passwd_hook_default_username hook too =) )

My question to sork developers is, could the passwd 2.2.1 use hooks.php? Is 
it correct to use the one included in H3? Same? Can anyone verify this? If 
correct, can you inform horde develop team do include it to the 2.2.7 
packages to.
