[sork] Handling non-error responses in passwd via poppassd_pam

I am testing out poppassd_pam with password (HEAD from 03-18.)  The program
returns a 100 response which contains the textual return from PAM, but
password treats this as a failure.

Is it possible to make password ignore a 100-series message, should I change
it in the program to a different status code, or just yank that response
from the source?
