[sork] vacation display problems

Hello,

I have downloaded vacation 2.1  and installed into my Horde Framework( 
3.0-RC2). I  have followed all the install instructions but cannot get 
vacation to come up. When you click on the plane icon the page goes blank 
and displays nothing. There is only the conf.php and prefs.php in the 
config/ directory. Can someone let me know what I may be doing wrong?
