[sork] how to enable sork-vacation?

Those versions are not compatible.

No, because you are runing non-compatible versions, and because you have
an install not really supported by Horde (in the sense that the Debian
packages put the files in non-standard places).

You either neeed to manually install the CVS HEAD version of vacation,
or wait until a release version that will work with Horde 3.
