[sork] passwd didn't show in horde administration

I installed horde 3.05,  IMP4, Kronolith 2.0.3. Everything went smooth.
Then I installed passwd 2.2.2 , hoever I didn't see a passwd item as
said in the installation readme

"Use the Horde Administration menu item to get to the administration
page, and then click on the Configuration icon to get the
configuration page. Select Password from the selection list of
applications"
