[sork] forwards issue: blank page when accessed - no logs

1) are you using the forwards from CVS? the tarballs on the webpage/ftp 
will not work (unless they are nightly snapshots)

2) you might have to turn on php logging, then restart apache. php 
errors help me a lot more than horde errors normally.
