[sork] passwd on SME Server 7.3

Hello.  I'm looking for idiot proof instructions on how to install  
passwd (so I can have an icon from within the IMP webmail to change  
the password) on a fresh installation of SME Server 7.3 (which comes  
with Horde and IMP).  The instructions listed here didn't work for me:

I tried to follow the instructions and it just got to a point where it  
didn't respond how the instructions said it would.
