i have setup Horde Groupware Webmail Edition 1.0.5  with following below

on fedora core 8 and everything working fine
i try to add a new module passwd 3.1 but for some reason i am not able to setup properly
in horde administration setup window i am getting this message

if i try to access passwd from site localhost/horde/passwd iam getting this messages

Some of Passwd's configuration files are missing or unreadable    conf.phpThis is the main Passwd configuration file. Generate it by going to the Configuration Web Interface.
Create these files from their .dist versions in /var/www/html/horde/passwd/config and change them according to your needs.iam using poppassd-ceti-1.8.5 for passwd , i tried on net for some instruction to install the passwd but didnt get much help hope some one can help me
