I must have done something wrong.  I had  "Application is ready"
before I started to play with backends.local.php and now I have:

	No version found in original configuration. Regenerate configuration.

I really wish there was a wiki entry for that issue - I've had it a
couple of times but I don't remember how I fixed it.  Google only has
resolutions to H3.
