Considering that the main developer of the conduit, afaik, doesn't use
Outlook, and that I (one of the few helping this project on the
Horde/XML-RPC server side) don't use Outlook, and most of the other core
Horde developers don't use Outlook, it would make absolutely zero sense to
write this for Outlook.

If you are interested in having something that works with Outlook, you
should develop & contribute it! I'm sure there are folks who would find it
useful.
