[conduit] syncing other devices

I use a palm, and so far I seem to be the only one contributing any
sync code, so that code is being written for palm.

I would like to have Horde support SyncML eventually so that we can
have many conduits written for it, including Notes, Outlook, cell
phones, etc., but other than having the required API calls in the
server code, these will all be client based and people may write them
for whatever platform they want.

Beyond that I'd like to say I use palm and love it. More importantly,
if you want something done in an open-source (all volunteer) project,
the way to go about it is to write it yourself and contribute the
code, not to post messages saying, "You're using old sucky technology!
Look at my nice new doo-dad. Develop for me instead! I rule!"

If you would like to send me or someone else on the team a nice new
PocketPC to use for development I would have nothing against doing so,
but I'm not spending hundreds of dollars on a PDA that I don't like as
well as the one I have just to satisfy you.
