[sync] kronolith/outlook connector

There was talk a while back about a Kronolith/Outlook connector.  I
realize that it was an early attempt, and unfinished, and that the current
focus of development is on SyncML (though I'm not sure what supporting
SyncML gets you), but I was wondering if it would be possible to get the
source of the connector in its current state.

Also maybe a few words about what is and isn't working with it yet.
