[sync] WBXML at www.horde.org/sync

On the web site you have a link pointing WBXML to 
http://www.w3.org/TR/wbxml.  This is not really the correct one.  I 
tried using that and I could not understand it.  The spec I used, and 
the one that worked, can be found at 
http://www.wapforum.com/wapdownload.html.  Actually, 
http://www.wapforum.com/wapdocs/wap-192-wbxml-20010725-a.pdf.  This spec 
is also two years newer, too.
