We use some packages from php (PEAR), but also provide a bunch of our own
libraries as pear-style packages. You need to check out the framework/ module
from Horde CVS. It has a script, install-packages.php, that will install all of
the devel packages for you. Also, horde/scripts/create-symlinks.php can take a
framework/ checkout and create symlinks for you so that you can develop on the
code without having to worry about running install-packages.php to test your
changes.
