Hello raytrace

may be you have an wrong or undefined public identifier in use.

When you encode an xml with an missing or unknown PUBLIC Identifier you got
also an instation error

So look at the DTDManager.php which hold the known dtd-Encodings

There should be some error-handling  but this is a wonderful work from
