Most of these should now be implemented for Mnemo in mnemo/lib/api.php,
including import and export for the text/plain contentType.

The api files, in general, are where to find stuff like this. Let us know what
more specific questions you have, and I'll keep trying to work on the methods
in kronolith/turba/mnemo/nag myself.
