[sync] Synching notes ("jotter") on P900

Using HEAD20041116, I noticed something which may be as it should, but it has me
somewhat puzzled. After the first (initial) synch of notes/jotter, everything in
the P900 appeared in Nag. But items that I had in Nag before the synch, did not
appear in the P900.

If I remove something in Nag, that was copied from the P900, and then synch
again, that item is removed in the P900 as it should. But I still have entries
in Nag that do not show up in the P900.
