thanks for the feedback.

the quoted-printable and charset info was a hack for the P800/900. I 
moved it to the p800.php section.

For other devices the server should now send proper icalendar 2.0 data.
(I'm not too sure about the mimetype though. Might have to be fixed in
getPreferedContentTypeClient of Device.php)

To get it really right, we need support for both icalendar 1.0 and 2.0 
(and vcard 2.1 and 3.0) as different devices need different things. I'll 
think about it.

I'm still waiting for someone to actually post a success message here. A 
simple "my xxx not syncs with horde" would do. So far I don't know 
whether any of this stuff works outside of my own setup ;-)
