[sync] Another project uses Horde SyncML

Hello for everyone and thanks to those who have worked on the library.

I'd like to announce that OpenPSA (www.openpsa.org) project now uses the
Horde SyncML library to provide SyncML connectivity with the Calendar
component.

I'll try to find more time in the relatively near future on my
experiences in integrating a wholly third party (on a separate
application server framework, see www.midgard-project.org) to use the
Horde RPC system.
