[sync] Syncing with Z600

Hi,

this is a problem with the WBXML decoder. (handles binary encoded XML: 
WBXML) It's unable to decode the Z600's output into XML. I suppose there 
are tags missing in framework/XML_WBXML/WBXML/DTD/SyncML.php

Unfortunately I don't have access to any device that does WBXML so I 
can't do much about it at the moment.

Here's what the wbxml decoder produces. Anyone any ideas?
