[sync] WBXML library was: Syncing with Z600

Hi,

I just learned (thanks, Chuck), that our WBXML en/de-coder relies on the 
wbxml library (see http://libwbxml.aymerick.com/). More specific: its 
command line tools xml2wbxml/wbxml2xml. I have the latest version 
(wbxml2 0.9) installed on my machine (came with Suse 9.3). So when you 
have problems with the wbxml stuff, try tu update the library and ensure 
that xml2wbxml/wbxml2xml are available to the webserver.
