I tried, /usr/share/php/SyncML/Command/Sync.php is now the newest 
version (1.28), but still the same error:

Oct 31 12:09:23 HORDE [error] [horde] SyncML: No sync object found for 
URI=./calendar [on line 55 of "/usr/share/php/SyncML/Command/Sync.php"]

I use "calendar" in the Communicator's settings.
