[sync] Syncing works

Yeah! Looks like the actual stable version works :-)

Congratulation and thanks to all who invested a lot of time into the
sync/rpc module of horde!

Now it looks like more testing with different clients and devices (not only
outlook with synthesis client) is needed?

If someone can give out some advices then i could give the Siemens X65 a
try....
