[sync] changes to wbxml handling (for Motorola and others)

Hi,

I made some changes to the wbxml encoding/decoding to make it work with 
the Motorola A780 which uses SyncML1.0

However the changes have slight implications on SyncML1.1 devices as 
well. IMHO for the better, but I can't say for sure.

anyone with a device using wbxml (A780, SonyEricsson K750i/W800i), 
please give it a try.

You need a cvs version of the XML_WBXML package installed.
