[sync] problem with syncing Turba contacts

Hi,

i just found out:

syncing of turba contacts doesn't work: changes (add/modify/delete) in
Turba are not sent back to the client.

The reason is that the turba history works slightly different than the 
other histories; it doesn't contain the name of the data source (address 
book) but the user/owner instead.
In addition there's a small typo (missing global declaration) in the code.

I'll try to come up with something.
