[sync] Sync ML Category

Yeah, I think that's missing.
I currently don't use Outlook, so I need your help to fix this. Goes 
like this:

1) create a new entry in outlook with a category set.

2) (optional) clean /tmp/sync directory:  "rm /tmp/sync/*"

3) do a sync

4) find the *_client*.xml file in /tmp/sync where the entry is sent to 
the server. Scan for "<Add>". It looks like this:

5) mail the <Add>...</Add> stuff to the list.
