[sync] Status of syncml in Horde 3.1.1 (stable)

Hi,

I just wanted to ask the developers about the status of syncml in  
stable Horde version, such as 3.1.1. Does every new release of a  
stable horde version include the latest sync modules from HEAD? So  
using Horde 3.1.1 means using syncml code from 28th of march?
