I'm working with Andy on this project and have been looking further into why
Multisync won't connect and have found that the reason is that Multisync does
submit a credentials format which means that the test on line 388 of Backend.php
for the presence of credFormat, credData and credType fails. Removing the
credFormat test solves the problem and gets Multisync working.

We've got Evolution doing email and contacts fine (that's direct to Cyrus and
OpenLDAP), but for calendar/tasks we've only got read access through WebDAV or
Sync access through Multisync. This means we can only read the shared folders.
Are we missing a piece of the puzzle here - is there a full connectivity
solution for evolution?

Alex
