[sync] sync happens only one way, Mimetype mismatch for server-to-client data

Hi Jochem,
no need to hurry: I'm currently implementing some changes do improve
SyncML protocol conformance. There's no need to to do test cases before
this is finished as the changes will break existing test data anyhow.
I'll post to the list once I committed the changes and it's worth again
spending time on creating test data.
