[sync] syncml v1.2 support available?

Yes, but they kind of forked it a while ago and haven't contributed  
all the changes back afaik. Also they may not be tracking all of our  
changes; we support SyncML 1.2 now in the Horde codebase. If you poked  
them to update to get our fixes and also contribute theirs back, that  
would be great.
