[sync] Sync Error Outlook Plugin

Hello again,

i have now downlaoded the new cvs from the framework and using funambol 
3.0.15.

At the moment i get also the error:

the debug modus from the programm they this:

In the tmp/sync folder is nothing created.

But the apache was connected:

So how can i help you more to solve this problem?
